Terms & Conditions

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected artwork/edition at the listed price. All artworks are produced and sold in limited editions where applicable and may be numbered and/or accompanied by documentation of authenticity. Product images are for reference; slight variations in color or texture can occur due to screen settings and the nature of the artwork/printing process.
Each edition includes 1–5 Artist Proofs (APs), issued at the artist’s discretion.

We ship from Germany to all EU countries and the UK. Orders are dispatched within 10 days from the order date, securely packaged, and sent via insured DHL (estimated delivery 2–3 business days after dispatch, depending on destination). Pickup in Wiesbaden (Germany) is available on request - please contact us to arrange a time.
Returns are accepted only if items are damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the artworks remain with the artist. Purchasing an artwork does not grant any rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the artwork without written permission. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Germany, and the place of jurisdiction (where legally permissible) is Wiesbaden.
