Refund Policy

Returns We Accept

We accept returns only if your item arrives damaged during shipping. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or normal wear and tear.

How to Report Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging (including any visible damage)
     

Requests submitted without photos, or outside this timeframe, may not be eligible.

Return Shipping, Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund, depending on the situation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected (if a return is required).
