Shipping Destinations & Dispatch

We ship from Germany to all EU countries and the UK. Orders are dispatched within 10 days of purchase. Each order is securely packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.

Delivery Method & Timing

All parcels are sent via DHL (insured). Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days after dispatch (depending on your location and local carrier handling).

Pickup & Returns

Pickup in Germany (Wiesbaden) is available on request - please contact us to arrange a collection time.

Returns are accepted only if an item is damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.
